How to get unique list in c#

}

C# get distinct values all fields from list

if (!IsPostBack) {  
       GridView1.DataSource = GetProducts()
                              .GroupBy(o => new { o.Make, o.Model })
                              .Select(o => o.FirstOrDefault());
       GridView1.DataBind();
}
