How to open directory in linux using command

Just use "open [path_to_dir]" in Unix or "start [path_to_dir]" in Windows as:
open .	#Open current directdory in Unix
start . #Open current directory in Windows

Ubuntu navigate to directory in windows

cd /mnt/e/username/folder1/folder2
